Ride Kanuga Rental Bike Rules & Policies:
Rental bikes are currently available Monday-Sunday.
The e-bikes are full-day rentals (10am-5pm).
There are no battery swaps or changes. You are always welcome to charge the battery for free during the day.
The Turbo Levo battery can last you all day if you manage your power modes! Choosing whether you use eco, trail, or turbo will dictate battery length. The weight and riding style of the rider will also play a factor in battery life. Normally, on full turbo, a rider can get anywhere from 7-12 runs – and more if using the lower modes.
Rentals are to be returned at the end of each day by 5pm and there is a $100 late fee.
They are not allowed to leave the property even if they are booked for multiple days.
Rentals can only be ridden by one person, there is no sharing/transferring allowed. Should this happen, another rental fee will be charged.
In order to receive a full refund on rentals, you must cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance via phone or email. We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions (if canceled within the 48 hour period).
Rentals cannot be refund after they have been ridden. No exceptions.
We offer rental insurance for $40 per rental bike. This is highly recommended and covers all components, but the frame. If you break something on the rental bike, you are charged the cost of the damaged component(s). If you’ve rented multiple bikes, you must have insurance for each bike as it cannot be ‘shared’ amongst bikes.
Anything needing to be change or fixed on the bike must be done by one of our mechanics.
