Tow-ropes are used to tow a non-e-bike rider behind you.
Helmets are required and provided to you with your rental if you do not have one. They are not full-face helmets.

As you probably already know, Hurricane Helene has had an extreme impact on Western North Carolina, leaving many communities with significant damages and challenges.
